Deactivating Hazards

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the Risk Management section, click Hazard.
    Result: The Hazard list window is displayed.
  4. Click the Hazard link of the record to be deactivated.
    Result: The Hazard edit window is displayed.
  1. Enable the Inactive radio button.
  1. Click the Submit button.
    Result: The hazard has been deactivated and is displayed in the Hazard list window with a status of Inactive.
